Es wurde jetzt vermehrt an uns herangetragen, dass es Probleme damit gab, dass Dozierende ihre Veranstaltungen nur in Präsenz anbieten und nicht – wie z.T. vorher angekündigt – hybrid. Grundsätzlich ist es richtig, dass die Universitäten verpflichtet sind, die Lehre vorrangig in Präsenz und nur in didaktisch begründeten Ausnahmefällen digital anzubieten. Die Universität empfiehlt allerdings, nach Möglichkeit auch hybride Formate anzubieten – das wurde so auch mit den Studiendekan*innen kommuniziert, die das an die Lehrenden weitergeben sollten. Die hybriden Formate gelten als Präsenzveranstaltungen. Wenn es also Lehrende geben sollte, die annehmen, dass sie keine hybriden Formate mehr anbieten können, weil sie in Präsenz lehren sollen, dann könnt ihr sie darauf hinweisen und gegebenenfalls über die Studiendekan*innen aufklären, dass da eventuell Missverständnisse aufgetreten sind. Grundsätzlich gibt es leider kein Recht auf hybride Möglichkeiten, da die Gestaltung ihrer Veranstaltungen in dieser Hinsicht den Lehrenden obliegt. Eventuell können bei entsprechenden Problemen aber auch Eure Fachschaften vermitteln. Sie leisten tolle Arbeit und werden ihr Möglichstes tun, um Euch zu unterstützen. We have increasingly been told that there were problems with the fact that lecturers only offer their courses in person and not – as previously announced – hybrid. In principle, it is correct that the universities are obliged to offer teaching in person and only in didactically justified exceptional cases digitally. However, the university recommends offering hybrid formats if possible – this was also communicated to the deans of studies, who should pass it on to the lecturers. The hybrid formats are considered in-person-events. So, if there are teachers who assume that they can no longer offer hybrid formats because they are supposed to teach in person, you can point this out to them and, if necessary, clarify through the deans of studies that there may have been misunderstandings. Unfortunately, there is no right for hybrid options, since the design of their courses is the responsibility of the lecturers. If there are problems, your student councils “Fachschaft” can also be mediated. They are doing a great job and will do their utmost to support you.
