The Department for Political Education engages in educational work on various political topics by inviting different speakers and politically active individuals for lectures, workshops, discussions, or similar events.
As part of the AStA, we aim to enable political participation for as many people as possible, as this is a prerequisite for an emancipatory and democratic society. This participation not only implies the accessibility of the events themselves but also the opportunity to (co-)organize them. Feel free to reach out if you have specific ideas for events!
We believe that a political space that strives to include as many people as possible needs antifascist, antiracist and feminist mindset that shows intersectional, diverse and rebellious perspectives. Doing this, the referate for political education wishes to create and maintain such a space.
